About LEADLEAD is a social business with non-profit status located in the heart of Berlin. We support leaders from the non-profit, business, academic and political sectors in assuming leadership for the public good. At LEAD we believe a new leadership paradigm is needed. Future Leaders need to go beyond the mere interests of their organization or their individual career. They need to build bridges, empower others, think long-term and care for the public good and society. Only then can we successfully tackle the major challenges of our time - such as climate change, the current migration crisis in Europe, and the inclusion of minorities.

<P>SYI has implemented their programs in dozens of organizations across industries and around the world using highly practical and scientifically proven methods of mental conditioning and attention training that improve overall emotional intelligence and wellbeing, resilience, creativity, communication, productivity and personal and organizational leadership.</P>

<P CLASS="gmail_quote"><STRONG>Dr. Svea von Hehn</STRONG> has been working internationally since 1998 as management consultant on organizational transformation & personal development (e.g., in Europe, the US, China, Middle East) for private & social sector clients. Among others, she worked 4 years for McKinsey & Company. She has a PhD in psychology, is certified systemic coach and Search Inside Yourself teacher. Svea is author on mindfulness & leadership. For her social involvement she was honoured by Chancellor Angela Merkel. Since 1994 she practices mindfulness (Zen) and is trained by different teachers. Since 2012 she is co-CEO of "Return on Meaning GmbH."</P>

<P CLASS="gmail_quote"><STRONG>Simon Moyes</STRONG><SPAN> specializes in offering the wisdom and practices of mindfulness to people living amodern urban life. He leads Young Urban Zen, a program in San Francisco that makesthese ancient teachings accessible and relevant to people in their 20s and 30s. He was born in Britain and studied and worked as an architect before focusing on the study of the mind through meditation. After 15 years of intensive mindfulness training in India, Europe and North America—including four years as a Zen monk—Simon now regularly teaches Search Inside Yourself at Google. He also works with the San Francisco ZenCenter, leading groups and retreats and serving as project manager for the long-termvision of the organization. </SPAN></P>
