Workshop &amp; Pairing beim Japanmarkt Berlin: Wir machen euch mit der japanischen Sake Kultur vertraut, auch bekannt als Nihonshu 日本酒, dem Elixier der japanischen Seele!Mariko, zertifizierte Sake-Sommelier aus Tokio/Hamburg, entführt euch in die faszinierende Welt dieses japanischen Nationalgetränks, einem Kulturgut der japanischen Handwerkskunst aus erlesenen Zutaten, Sake ist wahres Craftmanship!Es gibt wohl kein anderes alkoholisches Getränk, das aus geschmacksneutralem Getreide produziert wird und dennoch so eine elegante Süße, so fruchtige Aromen und so einen fülligen Umami-Geschmack hat und in Kombination mit Speisen eine solch angenehmes Facettenreichtum und neue kulinarische Dimensionen eröffnet.In diesem ca. einstündigen Workshop erfahrt ihr die Basics über Historie, Herstellungsweise, Geschmacksvielfalt und Trinkweise des japanischen Traditionsgetränks. Es werden fünf verschiedenen, handverlesene Sakes vorgestellt und mit unserem kulinarischen Gaumen an den fünf verschiedenen Geschmacksrichtungen verkostet.Zum Abschluss gibt es einen köstlichen Cold-brew Shincha (frischen japanischen Grüntee) für all diejenigen, die ihre eigene Tasse bzw. Workshop &amp; Pairing at Japanmarkt Berlin: We will introduce to you the Japanese sake culture, also known as Nihonshu 日本 酒, the elixir of the Japanese soul!Mariko, certified Sake Sommelier from Tokyo / Hamburg, takes you into the fascinating world of this Japanese national drink, a cultural asset of Japanese craftsmanship made from selected ingredients, sake is true artisan beauty!There is probably no other alcoholic beverage that is produced from neutral in taste cereal and yet has such an elegant sweetness, such fruity aromas and such a rich umami taste. And combined with food it has the power to create pleasant richness of facets and opens new culinary dimensions.In this one-hour workshop, you will learn the basics about history, production method, taste variety and drinking style of the traditional Japanese beverage.
