Republic of Heat Sauce Sessions are community tasting events where independent hot sauce producers share unreleased, experimental, or prototype sauces they’re currently developing. Guests sample sauces and share feedback directly with the makers to help refine heat, flavor balance, texture, and overall direction. It’s a supportive space for producers to test new ideas—and for the community to help shape the next generation of craft hot sauces.
