Let's go for a mindful and reflective walk.

We meet near Larcomar and go for a walk along the Malecón. I'll bring reflective questions and you will have the chance reflect on your own and discuss in a supportive community.

The topics and questions are an invitation. You are welcome to discuss these and anything that is on your mind. We will follow the following format:

• Silent walk
• Deep questions
• Topic-related questions
• Perspective change

Why join?

• The questions are invitations to think about your life and career from new perspectives.
• You get more insights from reflecting with others than on your own.
• Some of these questions are easier to discuss with acquaintances than with close friends.
• You will probably get your daily step count!
