Do I need robotics experience to join?

You do not need to be a robotics expert, but some hands-on technical background will help you enjoy the workshop more.

How many people can join?

To ensure the quality of the workshop, we will invite around 20 selected participants.

Can I join without registration?

Accepted Answer

No. Registration is based on Google Form submissions. Walk-ins will not be accepted.

How will I know if my registration is confirmed?

Selected participants will receive final event details after the registration review via email. Make sure you enter the correct email address in the google form.

Where is the workshop located?

The workshop will take place in Garching Hochbrück at OpenELAB's office. The detailed location will be shared with confirmed participants.

Question 6

What robots will be used during the workshop?

Accepted Answer

We will use Seeed Studio's reBot Arm as the main hands-on platform, with six robotic arms available on site.

Question 7

Will every participant get hands-on experience?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Compared with the June event, we will have more robotic arms on site so participants have more opportunities to operate the robots directly.

Do I need to prepare anything before coming?

Confirmed participants will receive any necessary event information before the workshop.

Will food be provided?

Accepted Answer

Lunch is NOT provided. An EDEKA supermarket is located on the ground floor.
