Entry, expert input and finger food are included in the price. Drinks can be purchased at the location. To be inclusive, the finger food will be mainly vegetarian.

What is this event all about?

We want to bring expats in Bonn together around the topic of professional networking! We are dreaming of a format that allows a small group of expat professionals to meet regularly and exchange ideas, receive input from us and other interesting experts, thus growing their own network, learning about networking in Germany and having some fun while we’re at it.

Which kind of input will be covered?

There will be about 20-30 minutes of input from an expert (us or other experts from our network). Afterwards, the evening will be all about you! We will have a short space for Q&A and then get the conversations going between everyone in the room!

Who are we?

Hi! We are Nevena and Eva. We are two expat coaches and intercultural trainers who live and work in the lovely city of Bonn. Together, we carry out the first and only local coaching and training programme for expat professionals: to help people from all over the world integrate in the local culture as well as their work organisations, become (even more) happy and successful in Germany and design their expat lives proactively.

We are dreaming of a more thriving expat community in Bonn and working tirelessly towards it! Come with us and be part of the journey!

What’s our motivation?

We carry out coaching and training programmes for expats and we have realised that for many of our participants networking in Germany is not all that easy. As we love Bonn, we wanted to create a format that benefits both: the expats living in Bonn and our beautiful city, by connecting people and boosting local careers.

About the location:

Language Café Yan is a wonderful place right in the middle of the beautiful “Villenviertel” of Bad Godesberg. We love the idea that owner Lingxia Lai has given life to: creating a space where people of different cultures and with different languages can meet and learn all about their cultures and languages! We think it’s the perfect spot for expats as well and are looking forward to seeing you there!
