To be guided by the embodied intelligence within — wild, passionate, attuned, and fully present to the subtlety of the moment?” — Buster Radvik Über Primal Play Primal Play schafft einen sicheren, geschützten Raum, in dem du dir selbst und anderen auf achtsame, körperlich präsenter Weise begegnen kannst. Es ist eine Einladung, dich dem zuzuwenden, was in diesem Moment wirklich in dir lebendig ist – der Weisheit deines Körpers zu folgen und das Vertrauen zu spüren, das entsteht, wenn du dich darauf einlässt. Gemeinsam gehen wir auf Entdeckungsreise: Wer sind wir, wenn wir uns tiefer in unserem Körper verankern? Was geschieht, wenn wir anderen jenseits von Worten begegnen – über Atem, Bewegung und Stimme? Wie können wir klarer spüren, was wir wirklich wollen und wo unsere Grenzen liegen – und all das in Beziehung bringen? Zu Beginn des Abends kommen wir gemeinsam an – in der Gruppe und in unserem Körper. Wir erforschen Wünsche, Grenzen und Consent (angelehnt an Dr. Betty Martins Wheel of Consent). Dann öffnen wir das Spielfeld, lassen Kontrolle los und schauen, was sich im Moment zeigt – wie ein nonverbaler, somatischer Dialog, der sich von selbst entfaltet. FAQs Wer hat Primal Play entwickelt? Marina Kronkvist (Finnland) hat das ursprüngliche Format Ritual Play entwickelt. Buster Radvik (Path of Relating) und Rachel Rickards (The Field) haben daraus Primal Play entstehen lassen. Wie funktioniert es? Stell dir vor: Eine Matte als Spielfeld, klare Vereinbarungen, zwei Menschen, die sich ohne Worte begegnen – für sieben Minuten. Wie werden sie sich begegnen? Was tun ihre Körper? Spüren sie Verbindung – oder eher Distanz? Und wie zeigen sich dabei ihre Grenzen? Ab hier kann alles geschehen. Eure Begegnung kann weich und sinnlich sein, wild und intensiv, verspielt, still, eigenwillig oder komisch. Manchmal mit viel Nähe, manchmal ohne jede Berührung – alles ist möglich und willkommen. Die klaren Vereinbarungen schaffen einen Raum ohne Ziel oder Erwartung – einen Raum, in dem du ausdrücken darfst, was gerade da ist. Auch wenn das bedeutet, einfach auf deiner Matte zu sitzen und „nichts“ zu tun. Du entscheidest in jedem Moment selbst, ob und wie du mitmachst. Es ist ein absichtsloser, vollständig bekleideter Raum. Du kannst jederzeit pausieren oder einfach zusehen. Was soll ich anziehen? Trage Kleidung, in der du dich wohlfühlst und frei bewegen kannst. Mehrere Schichten helfen, dich an unterschiedliche Intensitäten anzupassen. Bitte verzichte auf Parfum oder starke Düfte. Muss ich an allem teilnehmen? Nein. Du bist eingeladen, in jedem Moment zu spüren, was für dich stimmig ist. Es gibt keinerlei Verpflichtung – du kannst jederzeit innehalten oder einfach beobachten. In welcher Sprache findet das statt? To be guided by the embodied intelligence within — wild, passionate, attuned, and fully present to the subtlety of the moment?” — Buster Radvik About the Practice Primal Play offers a safe and supportive container where you can meet yourself and others in a grounded, embodied way. It’s an invitation to explore what feels true for you in each moment — to follow the intelligence of your animal body and to discover the sense of safety and trust that arises when you listen deeply. Together, we’ll journey into new aspects of ourselves: Who are we when we inhabit our bodies more fully? What happens when we meet others beyond words — through breath, movement, and sound? How can we connect more authentically with our desires and boundaries, and bring these into contact with others? We’ll begin by arriving together — grounding as a group and in our own bodies. We’ll explore desire, boundaries, and consent (drawing inspiration from Dr. Betty Martin’s Wheel of Consent). Then we’ll step onto the playing field, let go, and see what emerges — allowing the somatic dialogue to unfold moment by moment. FAQs Who created it? Marina Kronkvist (Finland) developed the original format called Ritual Play. Buster Radvik (Path of Relating) and Rachel Rickards (The Field) further evolved it into what is now known as Primal Play. How does it work? Imagine this: a mat as your playground, clear agreements, and two people meeting without words — for seven minutes. How will they meet? What will their bodies do? Will they feel connected — or not? And how will they embody their boundaries? From there, anything can unfold. Encounters might be soft and sensual, wild and intense, playful, sacred, or beautifully strange — sometimes in close contact, sometimes with no touch at all. Everything is possible and welcome. The clear agreements create a space free from goals or expectations — a space where you can express whatever is alive in you in each moment. Even if that means simply sitting on your mat, doing “nothing.” You choose, moment by moment, how and whether to participate. This is a non-goal-oriented, fully clothed space, and you’re always welcome to pause or simply witness others as they play. What to wear? Wear something comfortable that allows ease of movement. Layered clothing can help you adjust to different intensities. Please avoid wearing strong scents. Do I need to participate in everything? No. You are invited to tune in and choose what feels true for you at any given moment. You are always free to pause or to simply witness. In what language will this be held?
