Our experts this time:

Dr. Markus Trost (JLL): Dr. Markus Trost is Executive Director Urban Developments & Strategic Real Estate Projects (DACH) at JLL and branch manager at the Munich location. The architect (TU Munich) and real estate economist has been working for JLL since 2015; he previously worked for MEAG and WSP Deutschland AG. His focus is on the restructuring of urban districts, reuse concepts for company locations and active collaboration between stakeholders.

Simon Schubnell (VePa): As Co-founder and CEO of VePa Vertical Parking, a PropTech start-up from Munich that has developed vertical parking towers as a sustainable and innovative solution to the parking space problem of real estate projects, he is passionate about sales and entrepreneurship and expert in business model creation for the built environment.

The expert impulses and startup pitches will be in german and/or english.
