Sina.maker, led by Sina, is a fiber artist based in Berlin who focuses on quilt-making and embroidery. Her work is deeply rooted in sustainability, with a strong emphasis on creatively reusing pre-loved fabrics and teaching others how to mend and repurpose textiles. Sina is passionate about preserving the life of fabrics and encouraging others to embrace sustainable practices through her craft. She offers workshops and guidance on breathing new life into old materials, combining artistry with environmental consciousness.

It’s simple to learn, incredibly versatile, and a brilliant way to customise and repair clothing.This workshop is also rooted in sustainability. Instead of discarding worn or stained items, you’ll learn how to:*Cover stains or small tears beautifully*Extend the life of well-loved clothes*Upcycle old garments in a creative way*Add personality to children’s clothing*Breathe fresh life into pieces you no longer wearYou’ll learn how to:*Cut and layer simple shapes*Secure your Appliqué*Learn basics of Needle- turn Appliqué and other simple techniques to secure your patch*Use basic hand embroidery stitches to outline and decorate*Create a finished design ready to wear*All materials are included (fabric pieces, threads, needles and guidance).Please bring a shirt, jumper, jacket or tote bag you’d like to transform.Expect a calm, creative and welcoming space — a fun, mindful way to stitch, mend and reimagine your wardrobe while making something truly unique.
