New Years Singing Circle with Laura Sequoia & Elias Doré

What to expect:

Join us for a warm, heart–opening evening of singing, grounding and community at UHU Nest in Berlin-Treptow. You’re invited to arrive, breathe, slow down — and let your voice find you and express itself.

Together we welcome the beginning of the new year with a blend of gentle movement, connection, communal singing, intuitive vocalizing - all in a space where every voice is welcome. No pressure to perform, no need to “sing beautifully” — just an invitation to drop in, open up and connect.

To ease into the evening, Elias will guide a soft landing in the body and space through breath, movement and a sharing space. From there, the circle opens into music and singing: songs from different traditions, Laura's compositions, harmonies, and free vocal spaces.

At the heart of the experience is singing as a resource — joy, warmth, aliveness and the sense of being held in community.

You can follow, hum, sing fully or be quiet — everything is welcome.

This evening is a journey for heart, body and soul — an invitation to arrive, open, and begin the new year rooted and supported.

Arrival between 19.45-20h - Please be on time so that we may start together around 20h.

Where & What to Bring:

The Session will be held inside UHU Nest which is a beautiful space and has everything we need (Blankets, Water, Yoga Mats, pillows etc.). If you can bring small pillows or blankets to make it even cozier, please do so :)

Wir laded dich ein zu einem warmen, herzöffnenden Abend voller Gesang, Erdung und Gemeinschaft im UHU Nest in Berlin-Treptow.

Du bist eingeladen anzukommen, zu atmen, langsamer zu werden — und deine Stimme in Ruhe zu entdecken.

Gemeinsam begrüßen wir das neue Jahr mit einfachen Liedern, intuitivem Tönen, sanfter Bewegung und einem Raum, in dem jede Stimme willkommen ist. Kein Leistungsdruck, kein „schön singen müssen“ — einfach ein gemeinsames Eintauchen in Klang, Präsenz und Verbundenheit.

Zum Ankommen führt Elias durch eine weiche Verbindung mit dem Körper: Atem, leichte Bewegung, Erdung.

Von dort öffnet sich der Singkreis mit Liedern aus verschiedenen Traditionen, wohltuenden Wiederholungen, Harmonien und freiem Tönen. Du kannst summen, mitsingen, leise sein — alles darf, nichts muss.

Dieser Abend ist eine Reise für Herz, Körper und Seele — eine Einladung zu landen, dich zu öffnen und das neue Jahr geerdet und verbunden zu beginnen.
