EU FIERCE Programm
The EU’s FIERCE programme supports European SMEs and startups in leveraging space technologies to create sustainable business models and drive the green and digital transition.
FIERCE is aimed at organisations looking to develop or enhance green solutions using space tech. It funds collaboration with external service providers who help design, scale, and bring space-tech-based products, services, or processes to market.
The programme focuses on “green solutions”, products, services or processes that make use of space data like Earth observation, remote sensing or satellite navigation to reduce the environmental impact of businesses and their users. This can happen internally, through more efficient use of resources, energy or materials, or externally by enabling new offerings with measurable environmental or climate impact.
The meetups are scheduled in line with the FIERCE programme’s application windows. After each meetup, there are at least six weeks before the application deadline – providing sufficient time for thorough preparation and proposal development.
