No. This engineering showcase is 100% free. Our goal is to demonstrate high-velocity system design using real-world community examples.

How do I submit my project or use case to be built live?

Accepted Answer

Once you click "Register" and claim your free ticket, Eventbrite will present a brief text field asking for your project concept. Simply type a summary of what you want to be built there!

Will my business secrets or intellectual property be safe?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We focus entirely on high-level system logic, architecture patterns, and functional infrastructure. You are welcome to abstract, generalize, or completely anonymize your concept when submitting it. We don't need your private data or proprietary code—just the underlying technical challeng

What kind of projects can I submit?

Accepted Answer

Anything requiring logical architecture. Common examples include complex workflow automations, MVP backend infrastructure, API/data integrations, smart software routing, or embedded systems challenges. If it requires a systematic logic flow, we can map it.

Question 5

What language will the event be hosted in?

Accepted Answer

The live stream, explanations, and code/architecture layout will be in English, as we are broadcasting to an international audience.

Question 6

Can I attend just to watch, without submitting an idea?

Accepted Answer

Yes, absolutely! You don't need to submit a concept to join. Watching a senior engineering team build system architecture live from a completely blank screen is a massive learning experience on its own.

Where do I find the link to join the stream?

Accepted Answer

Once you register, Eventbrite will send you a confirmation email containing the direct streaming access link. We will also send out a reminder link shortly before we go live on May 28.
