Let yourself be delighted, surprised and inspired during this workshop, as you learn how to follow your intuition more closely, and feel more connected with yourself.

This free workshop, centered around mindfulness and creativity, is fun and easy, beginners are welcome. I guide you through approx. 30 min of exercises and share tips to start the day feeling more inspired and calm.

All you need is a pen, some paper, an old magazine and a quiet space where you are undisturbed for 30 mins, no cats, dogs, kids or partners ;-)

The sessions take place online via Zoom, I really appreciate it if you are able to have your camera on, it creates a safer environment for all participants. You will receive the link after your registration.

The Mindful Morning helps you feel more relaxed and at peace with yourself, and to gain more clarity. The moment you create space and time for yourself, your intuition and creativity can flow more freely. This way you start the day feeling more inspired and confident, your thoughts gain more clarity. You will feel happier and more content and your work will flow more easily.

I will guide you through a few short mindfulness and creative exercises that will help you get out of thinking and doing and re-connect with your intuition.
