Stefanie Voss

Stefanie Voss is a sought-after speaker, workshop facilitator, and coach, captivating audiences with her insights on leadership, navigating VUCA environments, fostering diversity, and embracing agility. However, Stefanie is not your typical speaker, coach, or author. With a bold and adventurous spirit, she challenges conventional wisdom and blazes her own trail. At just 16, she embarked on a journey to the US as an exchange student, setting the stage for a life of bold choices. By 23, she was making waves by relocating to Argentina for her employer, and at 25, she took to the seas as crew on a sailing yacht, circumnavigating the globe. At 31, she assumed the role of department head in a prestigious DAX company, managing extensive budgets and personnel. After a successful 15-year corporate career, she courageously charted a new course in 2009, founding her own company.

Ebony is the CFO at Blacklane. In her role, she focuses on optimizing the global finance function as well as global and local operational management to enable Blacklane’s growth. With more than 20 years of experience directing all facets of finance, operations, and executive-level business administration for top-tier organizations, she brings proven leadership and valuable insights to the Blacklane team. Before joining Blacklane, she commanded the role of Chief Executive Officer - Europe (CEO) at Marley Spoon, a global meal kit provider, earning accolades for doubling gross revenue while harmonizing operations across six European countries. Prior to that, she held the position of Chief Financial Officer of the Global Services division at Likewize (formerly Brightstar Corporation), where she led the charge in preparing the global telecommunications company for an IPO. She holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and is an active mentor and angel investor in the Berlin start-up community.
