In this new MasterClass Frits Wilmsen and Christine Wank will be introducing the internationally acclaimed "Transformation Process Model (TPM)"of the Impeccable Leadership methodology in a practical and inspiring way so that you can immediatly apply it in your field.

Aimed at helping leaders and teams, facilitators, consultants, coaches and change-makers to facilitate break-through experiences in real-time in people, teams and organisations, the TPM is both intuitive and yet powerful in its application.

In this MasterClass you will learn:

- to facilitate a journey of profound learning and discovery about the deeper layers that drive our behavior, thinking, feeling and relationships

- to facilitate dialogue in groups with the intention to lift each other up and make the sum become more than its parts so that we can make transformations possible in real time

- about the key steps and success factors in working with the TPM in 1:1 settings such as in coaching and contracting with clients as well as in teams and large groups

- how to uncover the hidden dynamics and blockages in people and groups that keep them reactive, stuck or limited and to find the leverages for transformation and learning

- how to lift your game by learning how to hold and transform challenging thougts, feelings and patterns in people and groups

About the Transformation Process Model:

Frits Wilmsen (founder of the Impeccable Leadership Institute, Partner at FP&P and faculty of the Generative Facilitation Institute) has developed and worked with the TPM for nearly 2 decades. The TPM is part of his comprehensive framework called Impeccable Leadership for facilitating transformational change and development for leaders, teams and organisations that highlights the often hidden structures and deeper leverages for change and helps them to successfully transcend blockages or dysfunctional behaviour.

The TPM aligns cognitive and somatic components to enhance embodied leadership and facilitation and it combines the head, heart, and gut in order to move towards being-based leadership and facilitation. The TPM been successfully applied by many leaders, facilitators, and trainers in diverse sectors and countries with highly positive impact for teams and organisations.

Frits Wilmsen is passionate about leadership and facilitating transformational change. He believes in the importance and possibility of leadership and organisational development. He has crafted a systemic model for leadership and change management called Impeccable Leadership that offers a comprehensive framework for personal and group development aimed at creating communities of excellence and high performance organizations. He is the author of hos most recent book "Impeccable Leadership" published in Dutch and English.

Frits enjoys grasping the finesses of the principles, function, and meaning of leadership as well as the pathways of facilitating transformation in a healing and integrating way. He is a cooperation partner, faculty and member of the Wisdom Council of the Generative Facilitation Institute.

Christine Wank is the founder of the Generative Facilitation Institute (GFI) dedicated to inspiring and strengthening facilitators, leaders, and changemakers in facilitating transformations with the intelligence of the head, heart and hands. In co-creating a holistic and cross-disciplinary approach of generative facilitation she integrates her rich experience in fields such as Theory U, Systemic and Hypno-Systemic Change, Generative Coaching, Impeccable Leadership, Large Group Facilitation, Mindfulness and Embodiment as well as Neuroscience and heart intelligence.

Christine is a highly experienced international facilitator, trainer and coach in organization and leadership development and innovation. She has worked with leaders and teams from business, government and NGOs across the globe for 20 years.Her mission is to help people and organizations reach their full potential and shape the world in a responsible, regenerative and purposeful way. She has made facilitation, training and working with the TPM core to her work as generative facilitator and the GFI curriculum.

Moreover, Deep Dive Ticket holder will get exclusive access to additional learning material to deepen your practice in working wiht the TPM provided on our online learning platform..

Accommodation and meals will be self-organized and covered by the participants themselves.

This course is offered by the Generative Facilitation Institute (GFI), dedicated to providing unique learning opportunities for facilitators, leaders and changemakers. Our aim is to link the outer with the inner dimension of facilitation and to integrate the intelligence of the head, heart and hands for leveraging impact and making meaningful generative change happen. Cancellation Policy

In the event that you need to cancel your participation in this course, the following policies apply:

Up to 8 weeks days before the start of the event we offer a full refund of the transferred rate, minus a handling and service fee of 200 EUR and any banking fees involved.

Up to 6 weeks days before the start of the event we offer a 50% refund of the transferred rate, minus a handling and service fee of 200 EUR and any banking fees involved.

For cancellations after 6 weeks before the start of the event we cannot offer any refunds due to arrangements made.

In the event that we need to cancel the course such as due to the Corona pandemic we will refund your rate (either early bird or regular, depending on your booking).

In the event that we need to shift the date and adapt the formate for this course i.e. due to the Corona pandemic we will still run the course. Then you can choose to either participate, get refunded or alternatively get a voucher for future courses of the GFI.

We cannot cover any other expenses or cancellation costs involved, such as cancellation fees for transport (flight, train, etc.) or accommodation.
