What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel your registration up to two weeks prior to the event for a full refund. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the training will incur a 50% fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 48 hours of the event.

Who are the trainers?

Our trainers are hand-picked experts in their fields with extensive practical experience and credentials in the topics they teach. Our trainers hava a minimum of 15 years work and executive education experience.

Are there any prerequisites for attending the training?

Some advanced courses have prerequisites which are clearly listed on the course page. Please review these requirements before registering. Upon registration, our team will inform you in advance, whether there are any specific preparatory requirements on your part.

Is there a certificate provided after completion?

Yes, all participants who successfully complete the training will receive a certificate of completion.

How long does each training session last?

Training session durations vary. Most are half-day or full-day sessions, but some intensive courses might span several days. A half-day consists of 3 hours, including a 15-minute coffee break, a full-day comprises 8 hours incl. two coffee breaks and a 1-hour lunch break.

Can I get assistance if I have special needs?

Yes, we strive to accommodate all participants. Please contact us in advance if you have any special needs or requirements.

What should I bring to the training?

Typically, you should bring a notebook and a pen. Specific courses may require additional materials, which will be communicated to you in advance.

Will meals, beverages and snacks be provided?

A half-day 3-hour course will incl. one 15-minute break with coffee, tea, water and snacks provided. A full-day 8-hour course will incl. catering for two 15-minutes breaks and a 1-hour lunch break with a business set meal provided.

Can you cater to special dietary requirements?

Yes, we can prepare for special dietary requirements. We will inquire about your dietary requirements in advance.

Are my transportation costs covered?

The training fee only includes the on-site cost for room, catering, the trainer and provided learning materials. Participants are responsible for the own travel and transport means and costs.
