WELCOME AUTUMN IN THE COSY EMBRACE OF BULGARIAN NATURE

It is hard to say Goodbye to Summer, but seasons change and so shall we. Autumn is the time to go back to ourselves, slow down, get cosy with a cup of tea, and admire the graceful way in which nature handles the change of seasons.

We invite you to share with us this magical period on a yoga retreat and journey in Bulgaria. In the foothills of the Balkan Mountain (Stara Planina), we will be exploring the stunning nature of Bulgaria and practising yoga, reiki, and meditation together.

WHAT ARE WE GOING TO DO?

We will experience autumn in Bulgaria in a magical way ✨

Within 6 days we will unite body and spirit by working with our awareness, physical body, and energy. We will do yoga synchronised with the autumn season, nurturing different elements and our needs for the upcoming cold months. The planned physical practices will help us to develop strength and endurance, as well as to stretch and soften the body, and are suitable for all fitness levels.

We will eat delicious vegetarian food, dive into the world of Reiki, and if you're curious, you're welcome to ask about Tarot and astrology! We will leave everything unnecessary, and consciously charge ourselves with new energy for the new season.
