All too often, these are so inefficient that we get annoyed about the time lost, become frustrated or even resign internally (“I don’t care!”).But it doesn’t have to be like this anymore!In our workshop, you will learn about alternatives that you can use quickly and easily to give meetings a purpose again and make them more efficient, goal-oriented and valuable for everyone involved.As in all our workshops, you will experience, try out and reflect on the methods yourself. With our Liberating Structures program ‚get inspired to master‘, we make the rich methodological toolbox of Liberating Structures available for your specific challenges.In eight modules – individual, self-contained workshops – we cover everything from a solid entry into the world of efficient meetings to in-depth training for experienced facilitators. <h3>Who are we?</h3>Daniel Steinhöfer I have been using Liberating Structures enthusiastically for almost a decade in my work as an agile coach in corporations. I see the concept as the way out of many dysfunctions in companies, in education and in interpersonal relationships, and with my German book "Liberating Structures - Revolutionizing Decision Making" I want to help spreading the concept around the world.Erik Hogrefe Agile coach by conviction: I am driven by systemic approaches, sustainable work and appreciation. With Liberating Structures, I bring these values to life.Carsten Sahling A corporate victim for many years. And he is always surprised at how playfully and easily Liberating Structures can break up encrusted communication patterns and sometimes achieve great results in an almost magical way.

Its clients include well-known large and medium-sized European companies as well as global corporations.We Liberating Structures maestros at Holisticon use Liberating Structures on a daily basis with our clients, both in workshops and in the support and development of teams, departments and companies. We have been in close contact with Liberating Structures inventors Keith McCandless and Henri Lipmanowicz for many years and have infected literally thousands of people with Liberating Structures at several workshops throughout Europe.
