Nope! This workshop is open to all levels — from beginners to advanced athletes. You will be guided through every movement with scalable options.

What should I bring to the workshop?

Bring comfortable workout clothes, water and shoes with a fit thin sole or exercise barefoot. A towel and notepad are optional but helpful.

What exactly will we be learning?

You’ll learn high-impact, functional kettlebell movements focused on mobility, core control, and precision — including:
	•	Arm bars
	•	Cossack squats & halos
	•	Turkish getups
	•	Windmills
	•	Snatches

Expect a mix of technique breakdowns, drills, and flow work.

Is this a CrossFit class?

Accepted Answer

Not exactly. While we’re hosted at CrossFit Stuttgart, this is a specialty movement workshop — not a WOD. It’s slower-paced, with a focus on quality of movement, not speed.
