You have heard a few things about transformation in just a few months, but are not sure yet if this is the right approach for you, your organization or your clients? This free-of-charge "Info Hour", or introductory session will provide you with:<ul><li>facts about the origins, structure and unique features of OpenSpace Beta, and why it was developed at all.</li><li>knowledge around key aspects and elements of OpenSpace Beta, and their interaction.</li><li>recommendations with regards to necessary pre-conditions for its application.</li><li>i﻿nformation about Red42 courses and qualifications related to OpenSpace Beta</li></ul>Niels Pflaeging will also share experience about the use of <a href="https://www.workthesystem.eu/openspace-beta" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">OpenSpace Beta</a> in several organizations he worked with. All questions around OpenSpace Beta and <a href="https://www2.slideshare.net/npflaeging/secrets-of-very-fast-organizational-transformation-betacodex15" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Very Fast Organizational Transformation</a> are allowed and will be answered by Niels.Session flow:<ul><li>Total session time will be approximately 60 minutes.</li><li>Niels will first provide a lot of information and context on OpenSpace Beta and Red42 offers related to OpenSpace Beta - this will take 30 to 45 minutes.</li><li>He will then answer all questions from participants posted in the sessions´ chat function – one by one, no restrictions.</li></ul>The Info Hour will be run on Zoom. This is neither a workshop nor a seminar, but an info talk that is´ supposed to provide information, detail, and context. The session will be recorded. You do NOT need a camera to participate. You can register anonymously, if you like.
