*The International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners (IAMCP) is a professional association for Microsoft partners. It's a global organization that represents the most experienced and influential community of Microsoft partners. IAMCP provides its members with the best opportunity to develop their business and their personal growth through networking, partner-to-partner business opportunities, and educational programs. The IAMCP does not have a physical location, as it is a network comprising members from all over the world, with local chapters in various countries and regions.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

Understanding that plans can change, we aim to be as accommodating as possible with our cancellation and refund policy:

Exceptions: Exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances such as medical emergencies. Please contact us to discuss your specific situation.

Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event that our event is canceled, all registered attendees will receive a full refund.

Substitutions: If you cannot attend, you are welcome to transfer your registration to another person. Please notify us at with the replacement's name and contact information at least 3 days prior to the event.

Full Refund Deadline: Cancellations made up to 31. May 2024 will be eligible for a full refund.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 1. June 2024 and 9. August 2024 will be eligible for a 50% refund.

No Refunds After Deadline: Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made after the10. August 2024. This policy is due to the costs associated with event planning and logistics.

Please note that refunds may take up to 3 days to process.

We recommend that all attendees consider travel insurance to cover any unforeseen personal circumstances that might prevent attendance.

Hotels / Accommodations

To provide the best possible rates for you, we are utilizing the Koelnmesse’s efficient booking system. This system allows for an easy and convenient hotel booking process, ensuring participants enjoy their stay with the best deals.

You are able to book up to five rooms through the online booking form. For those requiring more than five rooms, there is a “Group Booking” link on the page for your convenience.

The system showcases a variety of available accommodations from our partner hotels, complete with the latest daily prices. Additionally, we’ve included hotels within a short walk from Gürzenich, with whom special rates have been negotiated under reserved allotments:

• Maritim Hotel Köln (very close by)
• Hotel Lyskirchen
• CityClass Hotel am Dom

These hotels are highly recommended. You can find these specific hotels by typing their names in the “Destination/Accommodation Name” search bar. The “Distance” sorting feature is also available to view the hotels based on their distance from Gürzenich.

Bookings are open now. You can instantly by clicking “Details & Book”. An automatic email confirmation will be sent following the booking.

Please note that credit card details are required for booking confirmation, but the actual payment will be in accordance with the hotel’s booking conditions.
