Are materials and coffee included?

Yes, everything is included in the ticket price.

What happens if not enough participants attend?

If the minimum number of participants is not reached, we reserve the right to contact you and, if necessary, postpone the course.

Can I get a refund if I am unable to attend?

You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before the course date. After that, we will only refund 50% of the fee. Rescheduling is only possible with a minimum of one week's notice before the date. After that, it is no longer possible to postpone the course.
