Join me in a breathwork Workshop focused on releasing emotional blockages, allowing for a greater sense of emotional freedom and well-being. Releas any unexpressed emotions that are holding you back from feeling lighter in your body and mind.

Breathwork is a powerful practice that allows us to tap into our breath as a tool for transformation and self-discovery. By consciously altering our breathing patterns, we can access parts of ourselves that may have been buried deep within our subconscious. ️

The beauty of breathwork is that it creates a safe space for us to explore our emotions, traumas, and experiences without judgment. It invites us to embrace vulnerability and surrender to the wisdom of our bodies.

During this breathwork journey, we'll create a safe and nurturing space for you to release old emotions or traumas that are holding you back, and taking energy from you.

It invites you to embrace vulnerability and surrender to the wisdom, of your body, and its innate ability to heal. It is designed to release any physical, mental and emotional tension. You finish the session feeling lighter, a sense of calm and relaxation, clarity in the mind, and with more groundedness and energy.

Most of us either breath to shallow, too fast, or breathold, keeping us in a dysregulated state. By breathing fully and deeply during the journey we are able to regulate our nervous system, allowing for our bodies to relax and release stress, and with so many other health benefits.

The Workshop will consist of:

  • A summary of the benefits, the techniques for the Breathwork, and what to expect during the journey
  • 5 minutes conscious Breathwork practice whilst sitting up that you can take with you and for your daily practice if it resonates
  • Journalling for the journey and your intentions
  • Shaking and dancing to get your energy moving
  • Laying on your matt with a blanket, you will be in the jounrey for up to 1-1.5 hours where I will be guiding and supporting you.
  • I will finish off the Journey with a Visualisation Meditation to help you start to integrate all that shifted within the journey
  • Time to share

Contraindications: Conscious Connected Breathwork may result in certain physiological changes in the body and can also result in emotional release as well as physical release. Therefore, it is advisable to refrain from conscious breathwork with the presence of any of the following:

  • Epilepsy
  • Pregnancy
  • Glaucoma
  • Detached retina
  • Family history of Aneurysms
  • High blood pressure that is not controlled by medicine
  • Use of prescription blood thinning medications such as Coumadin
  • Strokes, seizures, TIAs, or other brain/neurological condition or disease.
  • Cardiovascular disease and/or irregularities including prior heart attack
  • Prior diagnosis by a health professional of bipolar disorder or schizophrenia
  • Hospitalization for any psychiatric or emotional crisis.

How to prepare for the Journey: Bring an open heart and mind, release expectations around the type of session you’re going to have. Each session is its own unique experience. Lay on a mat in warm comfortable clothes ideally no restriction around the waist and chest, a blanket, water bottle, a pen and journal. Avoid alcohol, caffeine and heavy meals prior to the session.
