Auch ohne eine Pandemie ist unser Alltag voll von Quellen für Stress, Angst und Anspannung.Meditation ist ein exzellentes Werkzeug, um mit der Flut von Stress, der wir tagtäglich ausgesetzt sind, besser umgehen zu können. Während die Meditation sicherlich sehr wirkungsvoll ist, um Stress abzubauen, bringt sie auch unendlich viel Positives und Energie in das Leben der Menschen.Da wir im Moment keine großen Versammlungen abhalten können, laden wir dich ein, dich uns online für eine einstündige Sitzung am Sonntag, den 13. Juni von 10:00-11:00 Uhr anzuschließen. Even without a pandemic, our day-to-day lives are rife with sources of stress, anxiety and tension.Meditation is an excellent tool that can be used to better cope with the barrage of stress that we face on an everyday basis. While meditation is certainly powerful as stress relief, it also brings endless positivity and energy to peoples’ lives.As we cannot have very large gatherings at the moment, we invite you to join us online for a 1-hour session on Sunday, the 13th of June from 10:00-11:00 CEST.
