A Healing Journey with Yoga and Clay

In this immersive experience, you will embark on a holistic journey to cultivate harmony and healing within mind, body, and spirit. With somatic yoga, you will explore movement, breath, and mindfulness techniques to release tension, and reconnect with your body, and promote inner peace and resilience.

Complementing the yoga practice, the blindfolded clay healing journey offers a unique avenue for self-expression and introspection. Delve into the tactile world of clay, allowing your hands to shape freely. As you connect with the grounding medium, you will access emotions and insights that may lie beneath the surface.

Throughout the workshop, you'll gain practical tools to navigate your unique journey towards pain relief and self-empowerment. Whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain or simply curious to explore new avenues of healing, "From Tension to Tranquility" offers a welcoming space for individuals of all backgrounds and abilities to come together, learn, and grow. Join us as we embark on a journey of transformation, resilience, and renewal.

Organized by

Thuli is a medical doctor, artist and art therapist. In her approach she invited people to try out something new without needing any artistic skills. She believes that the healing powers of art are for everyone - not just the artists. “Creation allows us to understand, feel and take first actions towards our own transformation. Somethings are easier painted than said.”
