Final Product Review Batch#16 | Digital Product School

***This event will be held online (Youtube Live) with an on-site public viewing at the office.***

The 3-month adventure of Digital Product School and Digitalschmiede Bayern Batch#16 started on May 9, 2022. After 12 weeks of hard work, our 10 teams are ready to present their solutions and prototypes to a large audience for the first time.

The teams of Digitalschmiede Bayern worked on important topics for the Bavarian administration and citizens, like how to inform pet owners about travel regulations for their pets? How to make the documentation of cases for agricultural consultants of the State of Bavaria convenient and valuable? And how to improve the exchange between ministry employees on digitization-related topics?

At the same time the teams of Digital Product School dealt with exciting topics as how to help families with finding all the necessary information for their vacation activities in one place or how to trigger networking while enabling attendees to easily transition to VR at virtual events? Last but not least the teams of the Digital Media Lab approached how to help with positioning Munich as THE location for circular economy and tell success stories?

Die dreimonatige Reise der Teilnehmer.innen des Batch#16 der Digital Product School und der Digitalschmiede Bayern hat am 9. Mai 2022 begonnen. Nach 12 intensiven Wochen sind die 10 Teams endlich bereit, ihre Ergebnisse und Prototypen erstmals der Öffentlichkeit zu präsentieren.

Die Produktteams der Digitalschmiede Bayern arbeiteten an Herausforderungen der Bayerischen Verwaltung: Wie werden Haustierbesitzer.innen über die Einreisebestimmungen für ihre Tiere informiert? Wie kann die Falldokumentation für landwirtschaftliche Berater.innen des Freistaats Bayern angenehm und wertvoll gestalten werden? Und wie kann der Austausch zwischen Ministeriumsmitarbeiter.innen zu Themen rund um Digitalisierung gefördert werden?

Gleichzeitig befassten sich die Produktteams der Digital Product School mit spannenden Themen, z.B. wie man Familien dabei helfen kann alle nötigen Informationen zu Ferienaktivitäten für ihre Kinder gesammelt an einem Ort zu finden oder wie der Austausch zwischen Teilnehmer.innnen gefördert und gleichzeitig ein einfacher Übergang zu VR bei virtuellen Veranstaltungen ermöglicht werden kann? Zu guter Letzt arbeiteten die Teams des Digital Media Labs an der Kommunikation und Positionierung Münchens als führender Standort für Circular Economy.
