Immerse yourself in the fermentation ART and learn how it can be used to create delicious and nutritious foods.During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn from a nutrition Coach the process of fermentation, as well as the health benefits of consuming fermented foods and how they can support gut health and overall well-being. With the guidance of a Chef, you are going to prepare three different fermented foods: Sauerkraut, Pickled cucumbers and Mexican Veggies Pickle, learning how to achieve the desired flavor and texture of the final product. You will take your creations home, where they are going to continue their process. We will also show how to make water Kefir and we are going to try different flavor combinations of it. In the end, we are going to enjoy a delicious buffet lunch including the fermented foods learned during the workshop with a variety of side dishes. The workshop will happen in a warmly intimate setting in our atelier in Berlin Tiergarten, in a house that was once inhabited by the infamous actress Marlene Dietrich.
