Open: Embracing Deep Flexibility

Welcome to "Open," a class dedicated to expanding our capacity for openness and flexibility. In this session, we invite you to journey inward as we delve into deep flexibility exercises designed to release tension and create space within.

Through a carefully crafted sequence of poses and stretches, we'll gently coax our bodies into a state of deep relaxation and surrender. With each mindful breath, we'll peel away layers of resistance, allowing ourselves to unfold and expand into a newfound sense of freedom.

Embracing the principles of safety and self-care, we'll move with intention and awareness, honoring the unique needs of our bodies. Whether it's a gentle hip opener or a rejuvenating spinal twist, each posture will serve as an invitation to let go and trust in the inherent wisdom of our physical form.

As we journey through the practice, we'll cultivate a sense of openness not only in our bodies but also in our hearts and minds. Through this process of deep release and surrender, we'll tap into our inner reservoirs of resilience and strength, emerging refreshed, revitalized, and ready to embrace life with an open heart.

Together, let's explore the boundless possibilities that await us when we choose to open ourselves to the beauty and abundance of the present moment.

The yoga teacher will be Ali (they/them) certified at Mimamsa Yogashala in Rishikes (India). Their practice is rooted in consent and aims to make every kind of body feeling home.
