Embark on a transformative journey to deepen your connection with your inner self and cultivate a profound sense of belonging within your subtle body. Through a series of four classes, we'll explore movement, balance, openness, and stillness, each session guiding you towards a greater understanding and appreciation of your body's intricate wisdom.

The mini course is designed for people practicing yoga on all levels, and there will always be modifications avaliable.


The journey will guide you through this exploration by focusig each class on a different topic.

June 2nd, 2024 19.30-20.45

Move: Discover Your Body Through Movement

The first class will focus on getting to know your body through movement. When we have been holding a lot of tension in our body for a while it’s impossible to stay still and listen to what it has to say. For this class we will flow together, exploring different muscles and connecting them to our breath, in order to be able to feel our body. By the end, we'll find ourselves on a journey towards relaxation, having unraveled layers of tension.


June 9th, 2024 19.30-20.45

Balance: Finding Equilibrium Within

In the second class, we'll focus on balance, both physically and internally. Guided by our breath, we'll navigate the corners of our being, seeking equilibrium amidst life's fluctuations.


June 16th, 2024 19.30-20.45

Open: Embracing Deep Flexibility

Our third class centers on openness. Through deep flexibility exercises, we'll release tension and create space within, allowing ourselves to expand safely and authentically.


June 30th, 2024 19.30-20.45

Still: Cultivating Inner Peace**

In the final class of our series, we return to the essence of our bodies and breath. We'll cultivate stillness, tuning into the subtle whispers of our inner selves. The session culminates in a tranquil sound healing meditation, embracing the resonance of Tibetan bowls to guide us into profound relaxation.


The yoga teacher will be Ali (they/them) certified at Mimamsa Yogashala in Rishikes (India). Their practice is rooted in consent and aims to make every kind of body feeling home.
