No prior experience is needed. We’ll guide you step-by-step through all five ARC modules, with practical examples and facilitation support.

4. Is this workshop interactive or lecture-based?

It’s highly interactive. You’ll participate in real ARC exercises and even practice mini facilitation segments with your peers.

6. Will I receive templates or takeaways?

You’ll need: - A computer with a webcam and microphone - Stable internet - Access to shared tools (e.g., Zoom and Miro – links provided before the workshop)

7. Can I apply this to both in-person and virtual workshops?

Absolutely. We’ll cover tips for both online and in-person ARC workshop facilitation, including hybrid formats.

8. What if I can’t attend the whole day?

Full participation is strongly recommended. However, we offer a follow-up resource pack and summary if you miss a portion.
