As one of ICAgile’s most advanced knowledge-based certifications, the ICP-ENT designation validates an understanding of agility at the enterprise level from structural, process, leadership, and cultural perspectives.
This certification was explicitly designed for enterprise, program, and team-level Agile Coaches, Agile Team Facilitators, or anyone aspiring to these roles. It is also relevant for professionals with a strong background in change management and organizational design who are curious about agile approaches at the enterprise level.
The training program is accredited by the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile). Upon completion of the training, participants receive the ICAgile Certified Professional – Agility in the Enterprise (ICP-ENT) personal certificate which is recognized worldwide.

What you get as a participant:
- 15 hours of training: Three-day intensive training will cover the required learning outcomes for this certification.
- ICP-ENT Certificate: Participants who actively work throughout the training receive the ICAgile Certified Professional – Agility in the Enterprise (ICP-ENT) personal certificate which is recognized worldwide and a personal profile on ICAgile.com.
- At the end of the training, each participant is invited to a closed group on Slack, where they can ask the trainers any questions, as well as learn about exclusive offers.
