About this event

Welcome to our event Embodying personal and relational wellbeing! Join us on Saturday May 25, June 1 and june 8, 2024 at 14:00 PM at raum 5- Praxis für Körperarbeit for a workshop of self-discovery and connection. This event is all about getting to know your nervous system and making sense of your meditation practice in order for you to nurture your mind and body in your personal and relational life. Through these 3 workshops you will learn how your nervous system functions, what are the crossings of the nervous system science and Buddhist psychology, what is self-regulation and co-regulation and eventually how could your personal wellbeing serve in our everyday relationships.


This series is aimed for individuals, team leaders, teachers, parents and anyone interested in understanding their nervous system functioning better and getting better at everyday relationships.

No, this event is limited to 10 people therefore refunds won't be possible.

Can I park around the venue?

There are parking spots around the venue.

Is it wheelchair accessible?

The venue is in the entry floor with a few stairs, so unfortunately accessing with wheelchair won't be possible.
