Lucid dreaming is the art of becoming aware that you're dreaming while in a dream. This workshop is designed for both beginners and those with some prior knowledge. We'll start with the basics.

Do I need any prior experience with dream analysis?

Accepted Answer

This workshop is NOT about dream analysis or dream interpretation. 
This is  about lucid dreams and we will not analyse nor interprete dreams in this session.

Are there any age restrictions for this workshop?

Accepted Answer

This workshop is open to participants of all ages. However, participants under 18 years of age should have parental consent to attend.

Question 4

What do I need to bring to the workshop?

Accepted Answer

Please bring a notepad or journal and a pen for note-taking. Comfortable clothing is recommended for the duration of the workshop.

Question 5

Are we going to sleep during the workshop?

Accepted Answer

No! 
We will be wide-awake and also have interactive elements. However, you can immediately put what you've learned into nighttime-practise at home.

Is there a refund policy in case I can't attend the workshop after registering?

It's understandable that plans can change. A tickets can be cancelled and refunded up until 7 day prior the event.
