In this 4-weeks course you will learn through grounding movements and heart opening music how to (re)connect with your body on a spiritual level. This course is exclusively for women** who wish to explore the physical levels of their mind and spirit in a safe environment, it is designed for women** that wish to connect with and to ground their body. Through movements and in contact with others we can open and hold spaces and processes and make way for healing. Including techniques from the afro-Brazilian art capoeira, this course is a unique way to make mind and body meet. **this course is for all women - including those who identify outside the binary
