This 2-hour online Circular Business Modelling Demo session introduces players to circular economy thinking and 'circular' business models. Participants will learn about the “Circulab canvas“ circular tool and solve a fictitious but realistic case. Teams brainstorm ideas based on circular thinking, then pitch their proposal. Those with Circular Economy pre-knowledge join a separate break-out group. Bring: an open mind and team spirit :).

• those in companies/organisations working in the sustainability/CSR/innovation/HR training/L&D fields looking for new tools
• others keen to understand and implement circular models
• other potential partners / clients
• freelancer facilitators who may want to join our network of 90+ facilitators, in particular for Germany, Austria, Eastern Europe

Circulab tools, of which the Canvas is one, have been used in over 25 countries, in 100s of organisations, in 7 languages, since 2015. They support circular, regenerative, resilient business models and practices. We will show a few specific cases where Circulab has worked with organisations to do this.

The event has a charge to cover part of our costs and ensure participation. It will be facilitated by 4 members of the Circulab network from the DACH/German-speaking region.

Given limited spaces, please ensure you are present if you book, and join 5mns before the start, since time will be tight! The session is not recorded, and will be in English. A zoom link will be sent to you a week, a day and an hour before the session. A Demo in German is planned for October 7, 4-6pm.
