is a Business Agility Advisor and has been with Accenture since 2014. He started with strategy and restructuring projects in various industries and has focused on agile transformation in large organizations for the last seven years.
Arif has gained experience from different perspectives - as a restructuring consultant, as an agile implementation specialist in the roles of Product Owner and Scrum Master, and as an agile coach at team, program, solution and lean portfolio level.

Rick Cobb - Atlassian Solutions Executive

Rick is a strategic, high-integrity technology executive and passionate leader with over 30 years of experience building innovative, high-growth enterprise software companies known for the quality of their teams and commitment to customer success / value realization.

Rick began his journey at Atlassian five years ago when the company he co-founded, AgileCraft, became part of the Atlassian Family. His roles have included Global Head of Enterprise Solutions Sales and Global Head of Enterprise Agility, through which he helped launch Jira Align and Jira Service Management into our Enterprise customer cohort. Rick spends much of his time working hands-on with our most strategic customers and partners, evangelizing Atlassian Solutions and helping global organizations accelerate Digital Transformation while optimizing their return on Atlassian investments.

Throughout his career, Rick has worked extensively with venture capital, angel and strategic investors; he has also built and managed several boards of directors and engaged in M&A. Prior to joining Atlassian, he was President and Co-Founder of AgileCraft, pioneering enterprise agility and acquired by Atlassian for 166M USD. Rick, a father of 6, is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy and resides in Marietta, Georgia.
