Brown Bag Lunch: Founders Relations and Dilemmas

During the last Brown Bag Lunch of the semester Yannick Verrycke and Margot Timmers, lawyers at Cambrian, will zoom in on the importance of and optimal manner to structure the relationships between founders of a startup.

Proper checks and balances are required to ensure that the right incentives and retention mechanisms govern the relations between founders and between companies and other key employees. After the lunch participants will have the opportunity to discuss any specific questions or concerns with the Cambrian experts.
