Birthday hackathon is a one day event to get creative and hack along 4 major disciplines

<p><strong>What&#x27;s the best way to celebrate a developer&#x27;s birthday?!</strong> Attending a hackathon can be heavy duty: team building, pitching, hacking through the night... Birthday hackathon instead wants to be a cozy opportunity to sharpen your skills on technology without any pressure or jury to judge about challenges. We&#x27;re meeting up in a nice coworking space and hack the day away, get our hands dirty on communication stacks by Twilio, AWS and Slack, or try out something new and meet extraordinary folks to craft something technical together. We instead have prepared some inspirations for you to think of:</p><h3>Conversational interfaces</h3><p>What&#x27;s your interpretation of &quot;how do users interact with applications&quot;? Go wild with APIs for voice, text, speech,chat and bots. In any direction.</p><h3>Frontends to bow down for</h3><p>What&#x27;s the coolest effect that you can build using the latest frontend tools? Impress us with effects, visualizations, 3D, graphs and usability tweaks.</p><h3>Engage, Mr Data!</h3><p>When you&#x27;ve got all the data and APIs of the world at hand, what can you figure out that nobody has figured out before?</p><h3>Map me, baby!</h3><p>Go crazy on map styles and location services and visualize something really meaningful</p><h3>A Lisk in Chains</h3><p>Get started with Lisk.io and build a decentralized app using Javascript on a custom blockhain</p><p>---</p><p>The hackathon is currently supported by Audibene, Wild Code School Berlin, Coding Earth and Turbine Kreuzberg and we  got Twilio and Lisk.io aboard to support us with APIs, Blockchains and  free tiers.
