Welcome to a free bi-weekly drop-in soul singing class!
The meetings will take place every other Tueasday on Zoom, between 9th April - 27th August, at 6 PM CET.
This is about singing in a way that is deeply personal, even spiritual/shamanic, vulnerable and authentic. It is not necessarily about needing to have perfect pitch & technique, but rather deeply surrendering to what is. No matter if you are experienced, intermediate or a beginner, you are welcome with it all!
The topics include: intuitive improvisation, freedom of expression, nordic archaic singing techniques such as Joik & Inuit throat singing and vocal archetypes, to name a few.
Trance, drumming, embodiment (breath, movement & awareness) will be some of our tools.
Each meeting will be different & emergent, in response to what is alive in the group that gathers.
We will meet in Zoom, for about 60-90 min., during which you will be invited to journey in your own space with the microphone muted.
The classes are intended for female bodied beings.
