An immersion program for future founders that uses a learning-by-doing approach to build skills required as an early stage entrepreneur.

What is the BHT Startup Bootcamp? It is an accelerated learning program for future entrepreneurs organised by <a href="https://www.bht-berlin.de/startup" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">BHT Startup Hub.</a> The goal is to acquire the tools that will help you and your venture succeed, set smart goals and develop your business network.The BHT Startup Bootcamp will take place from 12th to 16th September, 2022. If you’re a beginner or a future founder, alone or with a team, the 5-day bootcamp program will help you master essential business and entrepreneurship fundamentals. For more seasoned founders, the program provides an excellent opportunity to structure what you know and take your company to the next level. Learn from experienced founders, international experts and pitch your idea for prizes!

Why is it worth participating?We have put together an exciting 5-day program for participants: At its core, it will be a combination of substantive impulses and direct practical implementation in teams. There will also be exciting founder stories and guest lectures from accelerators like <a href="https://mitefcee.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">MIT Enterprise Forum CEE</a><a href="https://www.bht-berlin.de/startup" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer"></a>, Wolves Summit and many others. The culmination will be a real pitch of one's own idea in front of a jury, where a winning team will also be selected and awarded with a ticket to the <a href="https://www.wolvessummit.com/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Wolves Summit Conference</a> in Vienna, October 2022.Who can participate?Everyone, who has started or is thinking about setting up a startup!Startup founders, students, future entrepreneurs alone or with a team are more than welcome to join us!Note to Everyone from the Berliner Hochschule für Technik (BHT): all students, regardless of whether they are in the Bachelor's or Master's program, as well as all scientific employees and doctoral candidates of the BHT can participate. How Does it Work?You have a product or an idea that could ignite? What if you just start selling? Surely your customers are just like you and they’ll buy the first time... but what if they don’t? Learn to avoid the mistakes that stop so many founders short, and ask for help in a way that gets you the access you need.We will provide you with experts know-how, info-materials, pitch-contest with a prize for startups, who are already founded!The program is divided into five full days and you should be able to participate in all activities. The participation in our BHT Startup Bootcamp is free of charge.What Will I Get?If you attend the BHT Startup Bootcamp, you will network with other startups, experts from Wolves Summit, learn about the entrepreneurial ecosystem in Berlin and Germany, gain valuable skills for your venture and compete in pitch-contests for prizes.

BHT STARTUP BOOTCAMP FAQSDoes BHT Startup Hub take an equity stake in the companies that go through Bootcamp? No, there is no financial obligations beyond covering the cost of coffee and snacks (free donation)What if I don’t have a team (I’m starting the business by myself)? Because of the way our Bootcamp is structured, it’s important to attend as a team. If you are a student or don’t yet have a business partner, you may identify a “thinking partner” to attend with you. This is someone who may not be connected with the business, but who you trust as a sounding board and can help you understand the material, participate in the exercises, and interpret the feedback. I can attend some, but not all of the sessions. Can I just pop in for one or two days? We do not recommend that - there’s so much material it’s important that all team members be present at all sessions.In Cooperation with:
