This workshop is an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and explore what it truly means to feel worthy — just as you are. Together we’ll look at how we tend to validate our self-worth through what we do rather than who we are. You'll identify your values, and uncover the beliefs and emotions that keep you stuck in this pattern. You’ll leave with practical ways to bring more awareness, choice, and compassion into your responses — freeing yourself from old conditioning and self-sabotaging patterns of seeking external validation. <h3>What to Expect</h3>Guided by Joanna &amp; David, this workshop combines gentle structure with space for real connection and reflection.
