Passionate about connecting women in the workplace, she organized a women's conference and advocates for mental health, encouraging open conversations and support.Abdo Wahba: CPO, Presentations Coach, exited founder Abdo is a courageous advocate for mental health, breaking the stigma by openly sharing his experiences with burnout and clinical depression. As a man, his willingness to discuss these issues challenges the misconception that mental health struggles are only associated with women. By speaking out, Abdo helps to broaden the conversation and encourage others, regardless of gender, to seek support and understanding.Oliver Smykacz: Founder and CEO at BE LIGHT Oliver is a dedicated mental health advocate who transformed his life after a burnout eight years ago. He left the corporate world to explore alternative healing methods and lived in Asia, delving into ancient practices, bio-hacking, and neuroscience. Three years ago, he founded a mental health startup aimed at helping others manage stress and improve their well-being.
