Our workshop is specially designed to provide high-quality, hands-on barista skills.
Spanning three days of immersive learning sessions totaling approximately 10 hours, it offers comprehensive training. Furthermore, the workshop will aid in the development of authentic hospitality skills, enabling success in café management roles.
Upon successfully completing the workshop, you will be awarded a certificate by NEW HIVE e.V., certifying the skills you've acquired in crafting espresso-based beverages.
The workshop will be held in English, and is designed to be affordable to all, with a minimum contribution of €105 to assist in covering the organizing expenses.

Instructors:
Elena received professional training from Claire Wallace, who secured third place in the 2022 World Barista Championship. Elena led the startup and management of AHABA Café in London before relocating to Tennessee, USA, where she currently resides and serves.
Tosha began her entrepreneur journey with her own café in 2016, leveraging her degree in psychology, social work experience, and her passion for coffee to create a welcoming space. She broadened her venture to encompass organic coffee roasting and introduced additional venues for brunch and events.
