🧘 Special Workshop: Posture and learn to meditate (for beginners)
➼ This special session focuses on how to improve your posture while standing, sitting on a chair, or meditating on a pillow. This practical guide will help you understand and apply the basics of good posture, which can improve your overall well-being and your meditation practice.
➼ Learn to meditate and chant. You'll be guided step by step to make sure you feel safe and supported.
➼ When: 19:20 to 20:45 hrs
➼ Price: €20 or €15 + Urban Sports for the whole evening (please save your spot in the USC app as well. Find us under "Bodymind Studio Berlin")

🧘 Aum Chanting Only (with prior experience)
➼ When: 21:00 to 21:40 hrs
➼ This session is for people who have already had the opportunity to participate in a workshop with Enrico or have prior meditation experience. It is time to deepen your experience and take your practice to a new level!
➼ Price: €5 or free with Urban Sports (please save your spot in the USC app as well. Find us under "Bodymind Studio Berlin")
➼ Important: Admission ONLY between 20:45 and 20:55. Please do not knock, ring, or disturb before or after these times.
