Art & Yoga
We practice Yoga to support our mind to calm down. Linking movement and breath together is allowing the movements of our mind to settle. I will guide you to tap into your intuition by getting creative. Transitioning from our left side brain - the logical reasonable aspect of ourselves -we will use abstrakt painting to activate the right side of the brain- here you have an even deeper access to your intuition, this is the space where you can let go of worries or fears and fully express yourself.

About me
A couple of years ago I felt like something was missing, but I couldn’t quite understand what it was. She didn’t even know who I really was anymore. At the age of 36 I embarked on a solo journey to myself, leaving my old safe life to travel the world with almost all my belongings fitting in my backpack. I dedicated that journey to feeling again who I actually am and what I really need. I found many different ways to tap into my intuition and to express my authentic truth.
Since then I dedicated my time to educating myself in the field of emotional wellbeing, training as a 600 h certified Hatha & Vinyasa Yoga teacher, as well as further eductions in Meditation, Trauma sensitive somatic practices, Burnout treatment & prevention, Philosophie, Sound healing, Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra.
