IN BERLIN

Vite Migrate is a series of 4 art therapy group sessions in which participants are invited to
connect with their own migration experienceand to elaborate their memories, emotions and self-imagethrough the exchange with the group mediated by creative tools.

We are all migrants in our own way. We leave our nest and explore the unknown, driven by an insatiable yearning. Each step takes us into unknown territories, where we may seek to plant new roots. Perhaps you are going through it now, or perhaps your family has travelled this path.

I cannot draw/paint ...

No special skills are requested to take part to any of the workshops. Creative media are used to facilitate the access to personal stories, memories and emotions. Find out more about art therapy: https://manuelaluise.com/know-more/

Is this a therapeutic group?

This group has no therapeutic end. Yet, we will be handling precious personal material: memories and emotions. In case you need help processing your personal history and the emotions that emerge while connecting to it, contact me for an individual counselling session.

How much does it cost?

For PART I : Bridges of Understanding the costs is 10€ Reserve your place for PART II total cost for 3 workshops: 80€ Early bird discount PART I +PART II till the 20th of March 2024: 80€ There is not a separate price per individual workshop of PART II. The total price is applied.

Can I take part only one workshop?

You can join the first workshop Bridges of Understanding without registering for PART II If you decide to attend PART II you will register for all three workshops.

Why is it called Vite Migrate?

This means in English migrated lives. In migrating we transfer bodies, houses, jobs, knowledge, cultures, relationships, memories, emotions: our lives.
