All tickets are transferrable until the first redemption at the event, regardless of the orderer's name on the ticket. Once redeemed, the ticket is no longer transferrable.

In this shop there are ONLY ENTRY TICKETS availabe for this event .

On top of that, every star attending the event has its own shop, where all the extras, such as Autograph-, Selfie- & PHOTO-tickets, are available separately.

Children 0-11: Free entry when accompanied by a legal guardian. Proof of age must be presented if required.

ATTENTION: The customer is solely responsible for complying with the requirements officially established by the government in force at the time of the event in order to participate in this public event. Should these conditions for participation change before the event takes place, the specifications and rules applicable at the time shall apply. A change to these specifications is not a reason for cancellation.

Every visitor older than 11 years needs an admission ticket.

This also applies to severely disabled persons as well as persons accompanying persons with a severely disabled person's pass with the B brand mark.

All tickets are expressly excluded from exchange if the event takes place. The visitor is expressly informed that there is no statutory right of withdrawal for all tickets in accordance with § 312 g Para. 2 No. 9 BGB. All star guests have the freedom to cancel their performance at short notice due to film/job offers, illness or private reasons. Should a guest cancel, all corresponding Star-related tickets will be automatically refunded to the account they were purchased with. There is no entitlement to reimbursement of admission tickets including VIP or upgrade tickets.
