After the success of the last Berührt workshop at the Vulva Days in Berlin, I invite you to a full-day version of my YONI SELF-MASSAGE AND DEARMOURING event in English &lt;3In this Empleasurement® workshop for all people with pussies / yonis / vaginas, we dive into the world of self-exploration in order to be back in the flow of our own life energy and power! It is still underestimated how important it is to know and love yourself. How much healing potential this holds. Self-knowledge and self-acceptance are the first key to this.To do this, you need time and space to connect deeply with yourself and your yoni and to hear it. It is important to do all of this with time and calm, as we do not want to strain our nervous system even further, but rather relieve it. The second key lies in working with blockages, (stuck) emotions and traumas in our body and yoni. If these are still in our system, they prevent us from feeling free, light or fulfilled. So we want to approach them gently, feel them, massage them, sound them and communicate with them in order to free ourselves from the old and make room for the new, for progress. On this day we also attach great importance to regulating our nervous system and repeatedly creating relaxation in our body, because we want to have time during the day to integrate and gently and lovingly counteract the pattern of "faster, higher, further". Imagine that you, your body and your whole being can experience what it is like to feel seen, heard, felt and thereby accepted and affirmed. In my seven years of working with women, sexuality and the body, similar topics keep cropping up and maybe they've come up with you too? <ul><li>Many women don't really feel their bodies and don't really know what they like and what they don't</li><li>Many women have never really looked at their yoni and don't really know their own anatomy</li><li>Many women don't know how to touch themselves and don't know their own pleasure points (and there are a lot more than just the G-spot!)</li><li>Many women don't feel connected to their yoni (Sanskrit: simplified for vagina). We will look at the anatomy of our yonis, their significance in tantra and meditation and breathing exercises to explore our relationship with the yoni. This will prepare you well for the (self) touch ritual in the second part. Here I will guide you through the yoni massage and dearmouring ritual, which we will start with a breast massage and then move on to the yoni self-massage and the subsequent gentle self-dearmouring, IF your yoni says yes. Because we will ask her - getting to know and respecting her boundaries is our top priority!Afterwards there will be enough space for the integration of the day. 𝐃𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 - 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐢𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐲 𝐝𝐨 𝐰𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐭?We now know from trauma research and medicine that our bodies store experiences and emotions.These stuck experiences/emotions/traumas can lead to blockages and tension, pain, numbness or even inability to orgasm and illness.Dearmouring involves turning to these areas and softening them through touch, breathing and intention so that energy can flow again, tension can be released and everything that no longer serves us can leave our system.Because only where there is flow and space can there be liveliness and desire.This valuable place that you create within yourself is then filled with qualities or values ​​that can support you on your individual journey through life to get to where you want to be.
