ROS2 & ROS-Industrial Training November 2020 (new curriculum)

After successfully conducting 10 ROS-Industrial trainings in 2018 and 2019 at Fraunhofer IPA, we are introducing a new curriculum based on ROS2 starting 2020. You can now register for our ROS2 &amp; ROS-Industrial Training to be held from 10 - 13 November 2020.Please find a draft agenda <a href="https://www.rosin-project.eu/wp-content/uploads/ROS2-ROS-Industrial-Academy-agenda_November_2020.pdf" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">here</a>. The training will cost 1,200 EUR. If you are a <a href="https://rosindustrial.org/ric/current-members" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">ROS-Industrial Consortium member</a>, please contact us with regards to your free seat(s). Note:* The training will take place online on Microsoft Teams. We will provide you with an VirtualBox image with Ubuntu 20.04 , ROS Noetic and ROS2 Foxy pre-installed. * Please make sure you register with your full name and correct spelling as we use that information for your certificate of participation at the end of the course.* For this training you need only basic knowledge about Linux Operating Systems and Python programming language. Prerequisite: beginner level in Ubuntu 20.04 and Python3. We kindly ask you to do this free online <a href="https://www.learnpython.org/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Python course</a> until the concepts of Classes and objects and get familiar with Linux with free online material such as <a href="https://ryanstutorials.net/linuxtutorial/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">this </a>or <a href="https://www.tutorialspoint.com/unix/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">that</a>.For any further questions, please feel free to contact us.Hope to see you soon in Stuttgart, Germany.
