One-day presentation skills training in Amsterdam: core message, storyline, slide design and delivery, on your own slides. Max. 10 seats.

One day to rebuild your recurring tasks with AI, from a precise prompt to your own agents and a workflow that gives you hours back every week. On your tasks, on your laptop.

What you can do afterwards:

– Prompt precisely: You write instructions that deliver usable texts, analyses and drafts on the first try.

– Automate routines: You spot which of your routines suit an agent and build the first one yourself.

– Chain workflows: You connect several steps into one flow: brief, research, draft, critique, approval.

– Work safely: You know which data may go into which tool and how to check results before they leave the house.

Agenda (09:30 to 17:00):

– Where you stand – Which tasks cost you time every week? Choosing three candidates for the day.

– Instructions and prompts – Role, context, format, example: the anatomy of a prompt that works, in Microsoft 365 Copilot and ChatGPT.

– Your own agents – Set up an agent for a routine task, test it, improve it.

– Workflows – Link several agents into one chain, with a human deciding at the end.

– Data and quality – Rules for company data, typical errors, checking steps.

– Transfer – Your plan: three tasks you do with AI right away.

Bring: Please bring a laptop with access to Microsoft 365 Copilot or ChatGPT (the free version is enough).

Venue: Regus Brussels Central Station, Rue des Colonies 11, 1000 Brussels (at Bruxelles-Central). You receive the exact room with your booking confirmation.

Getting there: The venue is next to Bruxelles-Central, between Grand-Place and the Parc de Bruxelles. The EU quarter is ten minutes by metro; Antwerp, Ghent, Leuven and Lille are under an hour by train, and the Eurostar from London, Paris and Amsterdam stops at Midi.
